When I was a kid, I lived for Grasshopper Pie on Easter. And while ours weren’t homemade (sorry, Mom), I knew that I wanted to figure out how to make one of my own. But, I wanted to make it vegan. I’m not a vegan by any means, but I like to experiment with vegan recipes to expand my knowledge, learn to work with new ingredients, and make things that appeal to a small, but important food audience.
